Drawing from Home

I had the privilege of being a part of a virtual panel with cartoonist Ebony Flowers where we shared our works in progress and got to talk about the cartoonist craft with graphic prose creator, Marcel Walker. The panel entitled “Drawing from Home” was presented by the Center for African American Poetry & Poetics at the University of Pittsburgh as a part of their week-long event, Black Study on Intimacy. Although I wished we could all be at the Cathedral of Learning together, I was very excited to be a part of this event hosted by a university I have always loved. Go Panthers!
